Computer Services:
We provide troubleshooting and/or repairs of your computer hardware
& software, upgrades, installs or other problems. We also provide
can provide advice on how to keep your computer running smoothly,
and assist you with setting up preventative maintenance tasks. Call

Purchasing Assistance:
We provide computer purchasing assistance for all brands of computers,
and are currently a referral agent for the HP and Compaq brands.
Anti-Virus, Pop-ups, SpyWare:
We provide installation and configuration assistance for your anti-virus
software to help protect your emails and file downloads. We can
assist you in configuring your software to automatically run a system
scan, and automatically update the anti-virus definition (DAT) files.
We also provide pop-up ad and spyware removal services.
Internet Filtering (Parental Controls):
The Internet is a great resource for kids, but as a parent, you
are also interested in protecting your children from inappropriate
material. You want to be sure they can't access undesirable material
either on the web, in chat rooms or via email. Also, you might want
to consider limiting the time and hours of the day that your child
can use the internet. We offer many internet filtering solutions
can help with all of this and more. Once we protect your PC, you
can feel safer about your kids being online.
Network Services:
Home office or small office networking services, including firewalls,
routers, hubs, switches, cabling, etc. Share your high-speed internet
connection (Roadrunner or LightningLink) with other computers in
your house or office. Install a hardware and software firewall to
protect your data from online hackers. Configure your networking
components to share your files and printers. We also specialize
in wireless network installation and configuration.
Web Site Consulting:
We provide a full range of web site development services, from design
to hosting. We can assist you with choosing the right domain name
for you or your business, and we can also register your domain name
for a very low fee. In addition, we provide training on HTML editing
applications such as FrontPage and DreamWeaver. We can set up an
online mail form, shopping cart, or any other web site tool or service.
Training Services:
We provide all types of computer training services for individuals
and groups. We are proud to be providing computer related presentations
at the many of the local Public Libraries such as Webster, Penfield,

IT Consulting:
We provide all types of Information Technology and IT Project Management
services, including planning, implementation, support, and management
services. We provide assistance for computer upgrades, network management,
web site management, Customer Relations Management (CRM), Technical
Support and Help Desk management. We can assist you with upgrades
and/or migrations of infrastructure, including desktop operating
systems.
Ebay Auction Services:
We provide assistance with developing EBay auctions for your company
or for you as an individual. EBay provides a great opportunity for
you not only to sell your items, but you can gain exposure for your
company and/your products as well. Let us show you how easy it is
to start selling on EBay. We also assist you with online payment
services such as PayPal.
Customer Care:
We provide web based customer support and customer care consulting
services. We can assist you with developing your own tools, or provide
you with purchasing assistance to buy pre-existing software applications
available. We have experience with Right Now Technologies CRM package,
and can help you install, administer, upgrade, improve, or manage
your customer support site.

We understand you want quality work at a reasonable rate, and it
is our goal to provide competitive rates for both on-site consulting
as well as in-shop services.
• Hourly billing in 15 minute increments, with a 1 hour minimum.

• We have low commercial rates for business customers, residential
rates for home users, and discounts for senior citizens.
